The line at the Bellagio was so long we gave up, but the Paris was really fast. The food is great. If you go around 11 AM you get the breakfast rate, but they start bringing out the lunch food so it's the best of both worlds.

It's not exactly on the strip but the Rio Hotel has the best buffet by far...it has the most choices and is the most fun. Bellagio and the Venetian are great if you like more gourmet food but the Rio has everything, even burger, fries and milk shakes, ala fast food restaurant.

I am going to tell you like someone told me. If you want a good buffet... go to " THE RIO".. I was just in Las Vegas earlier this year and I was trying to go to all the supposed hotspots... such as the Wynn, and the Bellagio, and Treasure Island.. And of them all..."THE RIO" was by far the best... there are two completely different buffets in "THE RIO" and they are both phenominal... ENJOY!!!

the buffet at the Bellagio is excellent, but a bit pricey
if you want cheaper, go to the Gold Coast (just off the strip next to the Rio)

The Paris' Sunday Bruch Buffet is the absolute BEST!

There are so many to choose from.
Why not be bold and open the door of a casino and enjoy the first buffet you see. They do gamble in this town.

If you don't mind the line, go to Bellagio, it's more expensive than a lot of buffet but it's Worth it.

The Rio BY FAR! It has SO many selections and the food is awesome. But if you want to go, go between 1:00 and 2:30-ish. The wait is usually from no wait to 15 minutes...better than an hour when you go at night!

good luck w/ that. i've been to a few ... expensive & not so expensive ... haven't found a good buffet in vegas yet, and i've lived here for 7 years ... anyway, i stopped trying, cause i don't like buffets much anyway.
