I really like Kucinich and I am a natural green party person. But you realize that it was Ralph Nader that sealed the election for bush jr in 2000. Well that, Florida and the Supreme Court.

As far as I know, Thompson isn't at all Green. Kucinich stands by his beliefs, but he doesn't generate a lot of excitement. The Green party will never win. As far as Nader costing the election for Democrats in '04, that is complete and utter B.S. The Dems failed because John Kerry was weak and couldn't even attract people in his own party, let alone Republicans like me who voted for Nader because we just can't stand Bush or the religious right. Sour grapes. Better luck next time.

I love the idea of Kucinich but I'm not too crazy about Thompson. I think a Newt Gingrich and Dennis Kucinich might be kinda interesting.

Who cares? The Green party has an eco-friendly snowball's chance in hell to win the election. Why bother wasting your vote on a lost cause?

If Thompson runs, it'll be as a Republican, so the question is moot.
