NOPE, not at all. I swim in the ocean almost every day, and I have seen a 6ft. black tip, but the shark was hunting and I got out of the water, and hell yes, that was a little scary, but I do not go way out in the ocean, and I swim where the water is nice and clear, and the sharks do not bother anyone. Now in murky water, 200 yds off shore, look out. We have Tiger sharks here in Hawaii, that can be as big as 20 ft. and they are like the great whites, so I stay away from areas that are not clear and I stay in fairly close to shore. We have had a few shark bites here, but again the water conditions were murky, and then you must be careful. I always tell people when you are in the ocean, then you become part of the food chain.

Yes, I am but, not just sharks.. when I was little I was out on the sand bar and a horseshoe crab went over my foot and scared the heck out of me. A few weeks later my Mom talked me into going in the water again and I got bit by a fish on my toe. I finally got the courage to go into the ocean once more and when arriving at the beach they had a bunch of people standing around looking at the water there had been a shark close to shore. So, I figure God doesn't want me to swim in the ocean.. I stick to pools :)

i became greater fearful of the sharks than i became something when I went. The waves do not probable harm except they're huge and you swallow water lol. in spite of the shown fact that the jellyfish do harm. I have been given stung and it became terrible! It became in a wave and bounced with the wave and hit me countless circumstances throughout my physique. I screamed :D. however the main suitable thank you to conquer your concern is to basically save a pay attention and look ahead to any warning there is the place you're swimming! desire that helps!

NO because I'll drown before I'd see a shark I can't swim

I do not swim in the ocean because I am a poor swimmer and, without my glasses, I have trouble telling direction.

No I don't fear sharks, it's just that darn theme from jaws that keeps me going into the water.

No, you're more likely to get struck by lightning than attacked by a shark (that's an Australian statistic, by the way...)

Yes because not only could I die, but I could lose a limb and that would be just as bad as dying. I don't need to play in the shark's home. They don't come to my home, I don't go to theirs.
