It would help if you told us if it was rear drum or disk.
on rear drum you may have over adjusted. You should adjust tell you feel a slight drag so you can spin the drum and get about one revalution out of it before it stops. Be shur to apply the brakes the recheck. Also be shur to check the shoes for contamination from a wheel cylinder(pull the rubber boot slightly back off the wheel cylinder and if it puke brake fluid replace) If rear wheel drive check axle seal for leak.
If you repaced drums sometimes they come with a coating of oil so they don't rust on the way to parts house, just spray off with brake clean.
If this is rear disk make sure the parking brake is not ingaged, if the park brake is in the caliper check the cable, if engaged it will be so tought you won't be able to get even a slight movement out of it.
On many rear disc theres a little drum type set up inside the rotor, check that prety much the same way as described above for drum brakes. pull the e brake handle and it should go 1/3 to 2/3 full travel before it stops.
If all this fails have somebody press pedal down. On rear drum first remove drum and press shoes together, make sure you helper is only appliing light pressure or youll blow the wheel cylinders. bake shure the shoes maove accordingly as you press and let up the peddal. If not check for shoes hangong on backing plate and wheel cylinder locked up, if so wiggle shoes off backing plate, recenter and try again, if wheel cyliner boud replace.
On rear disk check the piston in the caliper by pedal up give the rotor a good wiggle to create a space between rotor and pads then pedal down while you check that the pads are moving. If not replace calipers. Always bleed properly when replacing hyraulic parts.
If still having problems take it to s proffesional.

TRY FINDING AN INDEPENDENT SHOP INSTEAD OF THE DEALER OR A CHAIN STORE BECAUSE YOU WILL BE OVERALL MORE PLEASED WITH THE FINDINGS AND THE SERVICE.

LEAVE IT THERE WITH THEM SO THAT THEY CAN FIND THE PROBLEM FOR YOU, IT WILL BE A LOT BETTER THAN JUST REPLACING PART AFTER PART AND NOT DOING ANY GOOD.
