I cannot get to the battery as the lock wont open on the key, and the battery is too drained to operate the central locking. so i can't seem to start it, anyone got any ideas?
the only thought i had was to put a charger to the main positive wires into the alternator to get some charge to the battery to trigger the central locking.
are there any jump / charge points under the bonet?

unfortunatly the battery is in the boot, i need to know if it can be started from under the bonnet as the boot as jammed shut at present, the key wont open it

My mate had this problem with his bmw, if you look under the bonnet you will see whre the wires come through you might be able to connect up leads to them, even if it is enough to get the boot open thats what i done.

It's Mercedes Benz. This model is a Sport Car. It's fully Auto. Any model of a Mercedes Benz, the security is superb. Get the Mechanic to open the door. It's difficult to open and take lots of time. It must be a good and experience Mechanic to get to the level lock (the knob) for the door and the lever of the door.
Once the door is open, everything can be done.
1. Pull the 2 levers. One to open the boot and the other to
open the bonnet. This Model is Auto. Weak battery can
never operate the car. No charging of battery for any Auto
Model.
2. Buy a new battery.
3. Once the battery been replace, the car is normal and ready
to drive.

call AAA and get them to slim jim the door. It can still be opened that way and then you can pop the hood to jump it.

check your handbook for any jumper points under the bonnet, or ring mercedes and ask them.

Charge it from the cigar lighter . you can get an adapter to fit it.
