Where can I find movie extras in New York for free?

I want to become a voice over actor. But I've been screwed up before. I dont want to have to pay in advance or to pay at all. Where can I find that?

I don't think anyone understands your question... Your headline question is one thing and the answer to that is you advertise and make sure you say that there is no pay, but you'd need to offer something like lunch...

But under that you go off on voice over and being screwed up and paying in advance... I know I'm lost!
