i dont think you can find out...if your internet is really slow then you know if there is someone else using it...you should protect it so no one is stealing it.

I have a wireless network and the only people that can get on are the other computers in my house that are configured to my home network. I of course have a secured wireless network with a key so no one can sit out front my house and connect to the Internet.through my computer. Which ever router you are using should have instructions to how to set up a secure network. I do not think there is a way to figure out who is piggybacking off of your computer so that you can communicate with them.

by speed of transmission, the more traffic the slower the speed.
