Have a warm, relaxing bath. Play some relaxing or smooth, classical music. Light some lavendar or vanilla scented candles if you wish. Let your thoughts drift and relax..

I usually go for a walk, then i think about everything that is bothering me. Once i have it all boddled up i sprint for as long as i can and then when i cant run no more it all seems less stressful.
If i dont do that i sit out back on the swing and stare at nothing.

Well, my family can't afford vacations. . . (WAH!). So, I just hang out on the deck upstairs and watch the cars on the highway. It calms me down, I guess. Watching the sunset is pretty cool, too. Try it!

Usually my room, but if my brother is playing his drums (his room's right next to mine) then I go in that little closet under the staircase.
