It will say that the signal is excellent, but when I click on the Internet Explorer it doesn't work. I have tried reinstalling it and refreshing it and everything, but I don't know why it doesn't work? Will any one help?

Make sure in your network panel that you are using DHCP to communicate with it. It will still show a strong signal, just won't be assigned an address from the router. Make sure the router is connected correctly to your DSL or Cable modem.

It may just be that you need to replace the cables. You may get a good signal but not good enough to go online.

Try www.mozillafirefox.com and see if that browser will work. Make sure that you are connected to the internet, without security, and if there is security, make sure you know the passkey.
