Is there going to be another Walking Tall movie and if so when is it coming out?

...you should also be aware of the upcoming sequel, "Walking Tall: Lone Justice", also starring Sorbo, scheduled for release on 9/25/07.

...not unlike "The Rock" remake, the Kevin Sorbo takes on the "Walking Tall" story, seem to be merely similarly reflective and generic re-interpretations of the original "Walking Tall" film series, from the '70's; the stories and the characterizations are the same, but the names have been changed, for whatever reason (i.e., no 'Buford T. Pusser' here).

...admirable and enterteining takes on a legend, but it would be best to stick to the die-hard and most reliable originals.
