I don't know what kind of music you like.. but.. A Vampire's Lament by Atreyu cheers me up somehow.. But then I saw that you didn't want screamo. Uh.. We Sleep Forever by Aiden is pretty good. It make me feel good.. It's not really yelling at all though.. Whatever you're mad at I hope it gets better though! Sorry I'm not much help.

the perfect song is not good enough for truth or cliche by escape the fate..it kinda yells at the first part and the last part but in between it just normal singing.

i usually do some slipknot...but i dont think thats your scene.
I would do blinded in chains by A7x. Its a good hardcore feel to it. Or some of their old stuff, like eternal rest or remmnisions. those are good.
