That is a Californian. The color at the points is too light to be a Himalayan. Himalayans are usually very dark on their colored points. Also the points of color are too small to be a Himalayan. Californians usually have smaller color points than a Himalayan. Californians also are wider in their body style than a Himalayan. Himalayans have long thin narrow bodies and Californians have short-coupled round bodies. I'd say that is a young Californian rabbit.

Judging by the shape of the head, I'd guess that it is probably a male, but it is a little harder to tell by the head shape when they are younger. The best way to tell the sex is by following the technique in the website I provided above.

it seems like a blue piont himi as far as color, breed hard to tell without more info on size and coat type

could be several breeds.
