Just a few more ideas...

Turn on DHCP, don't use a static IP address. Your WAP is likely handing out IP addresses. I personally don't use 192.x.x.x. for my home network.

Disable your Windows firewall, you may be blocking all the appropriate ports.

Reinstall your NIC drivers

Check for a NIC BIOS update

Verify you entered the WEP and/or WPA password correctly.

Verify your CASE when entering the SSID.

Call tech-support for your wireless NIC.

Verify you are not filtering by MAC addresses. Verify you have entered your MAC address correctly, if so. Those are zero's not O's..

Verify you are attempting to the correct AP. Maybe a neighbor is using the same name.. "Linksys"

Can you connect via the local RJ45 adapters?

Need more info if you want help... And I don't do house calls..
