In and around Sunnyvale, California I suppose. Silicon Valley. Palo Alto, San Fran, Cupertino, Menlo Park, Mountain View, Redwood City, San Mateo, San Jose and if they are tech support I guess East Palo Alto.

My guess is that Yahoo being a MultiNational There Developers are scattered all over the world.
