Actually at least twice. Once when my brother went to his future wifes house when she heard voices outside her door. My mom and sister went out there but I stayed as I had to work early. I heard footsteps coming upstairs, but the house was old and I thought nothing of it. A few minutes later I heard a deep cough like my grandfather who died of emphysema. My mom didn't believe me until a few years later when she saw a vision of my deceased grandmother rocking in our rocking chair in the front room.
The second time was when my dog died. She used to walk between my legs then lay down. I felt the same thing and when I turned the lights on, I saw the impression of her and watched her walk around when I moved my legs. Several years later in California I woke up to the same feeling.
I don't believe in ghosts, however I do believe in Spirits and know there are good and evil spirits. The good spirits are Angels who watch over us and protect us. The evil spirits we all know who they work for and what they want.
Try watching Ghost Hunters sometime. The do and don't find spirits at times.

Yup every night I hear some footsteps upstairs but nothing bad has happened so I asume it's a nice ghost and/or spirit.

"Ghosts" yes when I was little. A Few times.
Spirits: At least once a month, if not sometimes more.

All my life. I have at least 2 in the house now, but they seem protective, so I guess the Christians would call them angels.

whether you believe they areghosts or demons yes i have had expirienced things of that nature. as for angels not that i know of directly. but a friend of mine said he did.
