Not really...but as men get older they tend to add abdominal fat. Fat around the groin pushes out and basically masks the base of the penis making it appear smaller. Also, blood flow reduction as a result of cardiovascular disease can cause erectile dysfunction and an appearance of reduced size. Best advice is to stay healthy and active.

No it won't shrink it just takes longer to get the wrinkles out.

it will probably just shrink when your cold but not permanetly
