it could be overheating ..

Could be a lot of things. If it is rebooting, turn off the autorestart so you will get a bsod and can at least get an error code to help track it down. If it is just shutting down, download speedfan so you can monitor the cpu and mobo temps.

Either because of overheating or system error.

To check for overheating, install a monitoring software like Speedfan, Core Temp (for newer procs.), etc.

OR just open your PC case and point an electric fan. If problem stops, overheating is confirmed and you need to improve cpu cooling or case ventilation.

System error may be hardware related. It could be due to unstable power supply, defective RAM or defective devices.

i think there is a virus in ur computer that make it turn off by it self. if u dont have a avast software , i recommend u to download 1 from the avast.com. it is free. and it will protect ur computer.
