My brother inlaw swears by them! We bought 2 used ones for the kids a few years ago and they held up really good. What I understand is that they are the easier brand to fix and maintain.

About ten years ago, I use one to help a friend typing some work in MS Word, I experienced that the script will move freely anywhere in the screen. Last year, in October, I bought a Satellite A105, Media Center (the same brand) hoping that it was going to be different, but there was not much improvement.(other features are great!) Having the same problems typing this text. Technicians have sometimes strong foreign accents and is not quite easy trying to solve a problem via phone. If you bought it already,
Good Luck with it!
