intelligence wise I say KRS-One. How many MC's got the chance to speak at Harvard (I believe that is the school he spoke at)..lol. he is a very fascinating and intellectual person on and off the mic. He surely is the most respected in the hip hop community. Lyrically he will crush ANY mc who dares to battle him. His flow can be from the most simplest things to the most serious topics that exist in our society...........But money intelligence wise you are right about 50, can't stand the guy, but he has a smart sense when it comes to taking on different business ventures. No one can deny that about 50. The man knows how to make himself some SERIOUS money.

genuine no one section sucks. yet a great number of the track from the South sucks. a minimum of the east/west contention had good rappers on the two factors. New Yorkers are merely very patriotic. not basically with hip-hop with each and every thing it is from NYC. I have not any thought why it is. it form of feels to me as though we've gotten previous the factors. The rap followers nonetheless carry beef, not the rappers. yet i think it extremely is a robust element. Who needs yet another hip-hop territory conflict. We considered the place that went.

As far as emcees go, I would have to say KRS-One... There's a reason why they call him the teacher. I've seen him every year for the past 4 years when he comes to Chicago and he always reminds us that real Hip-Hop never really left....
Producer / DJ - DJ Premier.... That man works hard as hell and he's just a beast...
Executive / CEO - This is a hard call... I obviously want to say Russell Simmons because of everything he's done for Hip-Hop in general, but the state of his label and the quality of music that comes out is not for the real hip-hop head anymore, although from a business aspect he's a genius... That can't be denied...
But from the CEO I want to see someone bring real Hip-Hop to the forefront... We'll see what Jay-Z does with Koch, we know Koch's history, and we know Jay's unfortunately, so we'll see how that goes...
50 sucks in all aspects of life...
And don't think I don't remember you from your "lil Wayne is the dopest lyricist" question So i know you're joking...

50 started to be a joke when he took the whole world to the candy shop. In my opion he got killed by game so many times and still counting... Body Bags
Immortal Technique is smart and he doesn't care what everyone else thinks. He just comes with the facts.
But money wise it would have to be Diddy. Dude has no talent but dancing and he is making millions.
Person with talent it would have to be Russell Simmions and Jay-Z. They are the Hip-Hop.

I hear what you're sayin about 50 - he is the best businessman and ****, he is the best at self-promotion and ish, he sounds kind of street smart. But for actually intelligent rappers in the intellectual sense, I'll put three up - Nas, Talib Kweli, and Immortal Technique. These three - not because of their flow or their social message - but because they are always reading books, they are true intellectuals. At Rock the Bells I saw Immortal Technique he came out in the crowd after his show and he started talking about how the flaws of Marx and how some Fascist guy pointed out his flaws perfectly, and then he said read Ben Franklin's autobiography to see that...anyway, it gets tiring.

As an emcee I say KRS-ONE. I mean, he's hip hop's teacha and dropped mad science on all of his songs, with BDP and as a solo artist. We need more like him.
As a producer I say DJ Premier. His samples are Sick as f*** and invented the art of scratching. You can't go wrong with that!
Just some thoughtz 4 tha mind...

Russel Simmon of course. He started the business of hip-hop. Without him where would all these other rappers be. Russel Simmons is a great CEO & hero indeed

i believe every rapper in the game who uses their money and status to upgrade from gangsta mc to business person and take over an industry that no one thought they would be able to touch is intelligent there is no one specific artist because they're all using their true hustle and thats the gift of gab to insure that they dont fall off. but if you must have an answer lilwayne
