Most likely the battery is dead, have you tried jumping it? if it starts then most likely your problem.

There are many causes why an engine is not turning when ignition is turned on. The most common is the battery. Jumpstart it first to see if it starts. If it doesn't, you have no choice but to take it to the mechanic who will perform numerous tests like checking the distributors (geo storm distributors occasionally needs to be de-carbonized), testing the spark plug wires, testing the starter motors and even the electrical wiring (shorts), etc. Hopefully, you have an honest mechanic who will be able to get to the bottom of the problem quickly so as to minimize your labor costs. Be wary of unscrupulous mechanics, there are many out there. Go for triple AAA approved shops only.
