maybe just try a different style of bra..because some give you a little more boob coverage than others. if this doesn't work, then maybe try a 36D or as you said a 34DD. but usually if my bra is too small, it just rides up my back, but my nipples don't hang out.

if all else fails, go to victoria's secret and get measured.

I read this article that said something like 70% of women are wearing the wrong size bra. I suggest that you go to your local department store, bra shop or Victoria's Secret to get properly fitted by an expert. They'll be able to address your fit concerns and you may be surprised by the size you actually turn out to be. Hope this helps!

before switching sizes, i would try a different style of bra. i don't know what kind you are wearing now, but for example, if you usually wear a demi bra, i would try a bra with fuller coverage. if that doesn't work, THEN i say switch sizes. every bra fits differently, just try a bunch of stuff on ... and for me personally, the "lower priced" brands like vanity fair seem to fit me a lot better than victoria's secret! so always keep your options open and good luck!

Is the band too tight? I think you might be a 36 DD if it is too tight. If it's not too tight, I would try a 34 DDD. Good luck finding one of those. You might have to buy one custome made if that's the case. I have anough trouble finding a 34 DD!

May need to go to sewing shop & buy cup inserts to place in bra. You may have to get a larger cup size to use inserts.
Or find bra with double layers of fabric (usually still don't help that much since fabric is thin).

omg this is my problem too, im the same size. I actually just went ahead and tryed wearing bras that weren't the demi kind.. although i love em. Covered me MUCH better, and u can still find a few around that are just as lacy and sexy.

Look for a bra that says full-coverage, they come up a bit higher on the breast! And also, yes- go with a bigger size! Hope that helps! :)
