Is Palm the new iPaq?

My iPaq 2215 finally bit the dust...after 2.5 years. It was a workhorse! They don't sell iPaqs at Office Depot anymore! Just Palms...

I don't want a smart phone...I think a phone should be...well...a phone! Is Palm (e.g. TX) the new iPaq?

no Palm is the company that makes the different TREO pda/smartphone. palm s the name of the operating system.
