It's a way of devaluing someone. I live in a redneck part of Canada and the Leader of the Opposition in our provincial legislature was a woman--the neocons that had power would make remarks about her hairdo.
Politics is a rough game. I'm sure that Hillary can take it.

I think it's objectifying women, personally. I saw the footage. She was wearing a nice blouse and blazer. If it was buttoned all the way, she'd be called uptight and puritanical. She undoes 2 buttons and now there's too much cleavage. So what's a woman supposed to do?? I don't personally like her, but she was not out of line in her dress code at all. Do news reporters make a big deal out of mens' "packages"? Didn't think so.

Um, I think it just shows her lack of morality.
Have a little modesty - its SO much more attractive.
Women fuss and complain about men looking at their boobs but yet they dont have enough sense to cover them up...duh!
Sorry girls, but the truth of the matter is that men are programed differently than women. They are turned on by sight more so than women. Its the way God made them...like it or not its the facts.
She should know better than to go in front of billions of people with her boobies showing if she doesnt want them looked at.
Especially if she wants to be taken for her brains and not her boobies....oh, wait a minute maybe thats why she did it....
