I haven't worn my stud for like two weeks, now it will only go in about halfway, I think it closed up what should I do, is it safe to try and re pierce it myself?

I would. You have to keep an earing in full time for over a year

If you can't force it thru, I would go to a pro piercer and they can re-do it for you. Don't go to a place that uses guns like Claire's... you could cause a lot of damage with the exisiting scar tissue there.

thats what i do. all 5 of my ear piercings have semi-closed up but then i just re-pierce them with my earrings and that earring cleaning stuff, which probably isn't the safest way but it worked for me.

no, wait till it closes up, and then get it repierced, same thing happened but for 9 months, and 1 day of them out

Try putting something (like vaseline) on it to lube it up. It should go through with no problem.
