If we were placed on this earth by mindless evolution, there can be no purpose and therefore no meaning. Evolution is a natural process like the weather and can no more give meaning to our lives than a snowstorm can give meaning to a snowflake. So survival and reproduction are not, I repeat, not purposes and cannot be meanings.
It is only when we speak of God that we can speak of real purpose and real meaning.

We can, however, create for ourselves the illusion of purpose and meaning through various psychological techniques that increase our feelings of self worth. Volunteering at a homeless shelter will give you a feeling of self worth which can translate as a feeling/illusion of having a real purpose and real meaning.
But if you demand real meaning, then you must seek God.

I think that has been asked many times and 2 tell u the truth i think the meaning off life is what u think it is . it's called the meaning off life because it's the meaning of YOU'RE LIFE . but 2 me the meaning of life is just 2 stay as happy as u can be positive and make sure every day of you're life was a day worth living and just 2 Cherish every second and every one of every day of you're life .:)

I hear this question to much. there is no meanoing of life. life is just existince. Wihtout it we wouldnt be here. everything we know is gone. We live life to the fullest and live with problems. life is just like a video creation....its what you make out of it. We reproduce,be born, grow up, grow old, die. Stages of life. With God everything we know is alive. if we did not exist the world would be emty. just a big white area of forever.............remeber the words of the wise...........thew will guide you some day.......................

Idk maybe life is just kinda a time where our souls are resting until being transferred to a better place. and people I'm not supporting heaven or summerlands r anyplace...I just think that there is somewhere better.
