By physically replacing it.
If your Motherboard will support a 64 bit card you just change it.

assuming you have an old desktop computer because of the low graphics then you probably have a pci slot empty, you have to find a older graphics card that is pci, not pci express. make sure your computer meets the requirements for it though, also my suggestion would be save some money and get a new comp you can get a decent one for cheap now, that is assuming your current comp is older

Buy a whole new graphics card and you probably won't find a 64MB card either. 128MB is like the minimum you can find.

you can overclock your graphic card
but there are so many different kinds of overclocking
and then you will need a fan that gets more air on your grapich card
its not easy to overclock a graphic card
but you should look for anybody near to you
that can do that for you
or just buy another graphic card

overclocking your graphics card will NOT add memory,
you will need to physically replace your graphics card with a new one that has 64mb or more onboard memory.
