Animal Man because his powers are actually really useful and he's one of the "Underdog" superheroes- sees plenty of action but isn't as high profile as some of the "Justice League" bigwigs

That's a tough one to pick
I'd say Iron Man for his robotic suit.
Then I'd say Batman for his fighting ability and cool gadgets.
