Its a software that sends information about your web activities to its web site. Spyware is often installed without the users permission. Get rid of it quickly if you are using your comp for online banking or shopping.

Any spyware the website comes from tells it's maker every other website you visit untill you find out you are being spied on.

create a lot of files type .exe and run them on your computer
to make it slower
spy ware can pop up internet explorer windows
sometimes with porn or with fake antiviruses
