I have 7GB movie in my hard drive can I burn it on two 4.8 GB DVD's.I wanted to know how to cut the 7GB??

You may have to compress the file to fit on both CDs

Which format is it in? A 7 GB movie in dv format is about 30 - 35 minutes long. A 4.7 GB single layer DVD can hold up to 2 hours of video.
