Those that say that this is a dumb question, well, they answered it didnt they?
I retired from a prison where both pediphiles, rapist, killers, people that just like to torture small humans were imprisoned. I can tell you one thing, they can sure present themselves as such alluring people, all their charm is their snare...
I personally think the death penalty should be alive and working in all parts of the world.
If you rape a child or kill a child, or another human for that matter and it is proven through dna, etc. Dont let the scum set in prison at the taxpayers expense, slap them on a table and inject them with enough "juice" to take a death nap.
If the laws were tougher there would be less crime, if a man is gonna rape a person, he may think twice if he knows that death will be the result, would it be worth it? Killers, same thing, put them down....no metally ill excuses, I was in a drunken black out excuses, hands down, the death nap will be the punishment. If laws were enforced, the need for "lawyers" would be minimal, I have seen men that spent 17 years "hardtime" for check writting, and a man that beat his wife do 7 and out in 3 with "good behaviour", then beat another woman....the system is really screwed up

Both are equally as bad. With a rapist, it will harm the child in a number of ways, and with a killer, it not only kills God's innocent child, but it kills the child's entire family on the inside. Both are awful and unjustified. Nothing can ever justify harming an innocent child....not even mental problems bc they know if they have a mental problem. It is down right cruel and nothing will ever make up for them taking that fom a child. He who does so should be hung by their toes, skinned alive, and tortured a little at a time until they eventually die,but it should be a slow slow slow death. And they should be hung for everyone to see and know what they did.
