I already have the SAP step by step but I am still lost like a puppy.. any suggestion??

No I use it daily and if it is not available on your computer with the right codes for usage and being allowed to use it basically you cannot. It is a customized program for each company. And it cost the company allot for someone to be certified to use the different areas within it.It is an in depth program that interconnects allot of areas and data points. And does require training and hands on experience. Sorry not what you wanted to hear but is the way it is.
