you need a hitch welded or bolted to you frame, check around prices vary quite a bit. local junk yards remove hitches from cars before their crushed and resell them , their as good as new.

For your area you may need to call a boat dealer. I think some U-Haul Trailer rentals also sell and install hitches on vehicles.
