I prefer it for a girl. I would give it a bit of a more masculine middle name, so that when teachers see the whole name, they know if it is a girl or a boy..... I saw it thought it was a girl name. I was going to say "Very cute and feminine!" And then I realized it was for a boy.

That is a nice name! And he could always use the initials J.T. if he wanted...you're talking about a name for a boy, right? I'm not too crazy about it for a girl.
