We have been seperated for 4 months and I refused to sign her "uncontested divorce" papers that she printed on line. I want to find out if she has proceeded to file anyway.

Go to the county in which you were married at and find the court house. Go ask someone at the information desk, they should be able to see if she has. But if she does file, by law you have to recieve a copy "if" she knows your adress. If she doesn't it will be in the news paper under "notices."

Why not call the local gov. t or take a trip down to the courthouse and find out. I think it is the county clerk that keeps records of this kind of stuff or the county courthouse. I would take a trip downtown and find out since it is public record.
