Both but mostly with a guy. Probably because I keep thinking Riley as Justin's character name in National Treasure.

I always think of it as a girl's name these days, even though it is traditionally a boy's name.

Since the only person i know w/ that name is a boy...i would say boy...but i honestly think its a unisex name!

Once a name is used regularly for girls, I would be hesitant to use it for a boy.
