Yes, when there is a misunderstanding that has to be discussed and there is a delay in talking it over with someone. It seems as if a domino affect occurs. The food doesn't taste good. You don't feel like doing anything. You veg into a couch potatoe. You don't want to speak to anyone except for that one person. I like to solve problems as they develop so they won't fester into something larger. It's like putting my finger into the proverbial leak of a dike. I feel if I don't, the dike will burst and cause a flood. In those cases, I feel like crying.

Oh crap yes. and you know it from the beginning. I had such a day yesterday. I'm secretary in a busy clinic; I open up at 8am. By 9am, I had seven very ill people all needing hospital admission. I had an argument with one of the admitting staff in the hospital who seemed to thinkI was joking when I rang her for the sixth time.
When I came out of work, my car had a puncture.
When I finally got home, head pounding, the milk was gone sour and I couldn't have a cup of tea;I arranged to meet two friends for a meal and when we arrived at the restaraunt, they had finished serving early because it was a quiet night........
We just sat in a pub and drowned our sorrows!!

yesterday. It was a terrible, horrible, no-good, very bad day. And I did cry. But only in the privacy of my own home. It was so bad even chocolate didn't help all that much. In fact, I'm starting to well-up just thinking about it...

Yes and have done like most of the population. If it's just happened to you look after yourself this evening (favourite foods/books/tv/music, speak to friends) have an early night if it helps, and start again tomorrow.

Occasionally, yes but the bad days are usually compensated for by good ones. I'm sure that'll be the case for you too.

yeah loads! But usually everything is fine the next day. I'm guessing you are having those days today and if you are then I hope everything gets sorted and fine again.

yep, when i locked myself out and i didn't have the keys cos they were inside and i didn't have my phone and i had just moved to Hastings and i didn't know anybody there and my mum had gone out and was coming back.
when she came back she went nuts! we had to ask our neighbour for a ladder to get onto the balcony because luckily, i left a window open.
i actually sat down and cried afterwards. luckily now, i had the keys cut and i keep them in my pocket all the time.
