If I concieved in late March, could I have a negative urine pregnancy test in early May?

No way, your levels would be so high by then that any test would detect the pregnancy. They are in the thousands after 4 weeks, and the least sensitive test on the market only needs your levels to be at 100

I've never had this problem but have found several responses to similar questions from people who have. See the answers and the links to them below:

"YES it is very possible, i was almost 3 months pregnant with my daughter when i found out i was. if you did, then i guess it was possible. either that, or your conception date was way off.
