Or another thing that if you never suffered cramps before, you can actually be miscarrying. A lot of women that miscarried had no idea they where pregnant, they usually think is an early period.

No, if your temperature dropped enough (more than .1 or .2) then that means Progesterone is easing up and you arent pregnant. Your temps need to stay up if you are pregnant. This is how I knew last month I was pregnant, my temeprature stayed up when my period was due, and a test confimred it the same day.

You need to test, but most over the counter tests you need to wait until the first day of your missed period so you need to wait 4 days.

Then if you don't get a period after a week retest.

If still negative see the doctor and they will give you a blood test.

Try and use first morning urine (the tests will say anytime of day but you will want the highest concentration which would be in the morning).
