If you want to be drugged and kill your liver along the way...take tylenol pm or benadryl type products.
If you want a natural alternative with no side effects and gentle on your system, try melatonin.
I started with tylenol pm and then switched over to melatonin 4 months ago (found in your health food section) and have had more restful sleep ever since...
GOOD LUCK! :)

Try melatonin. We find it in the organic section of our grocery store. Melatonin is a naturally occuring chemical in the brain that helps you get to sleep. It is released at night basically as a reaction to decreased light, aiding your brain to get ready to rest. Some people don't produce enough of it or need a bit extra if stress or life events are keeping you awake.
Sleep well!

try some melatonin, which can be found at any health food store or Hi-Health store. I use it a few time a week and it helps me fall asleep fast and stay asleep all night. even my doctor told me to give it a try and I love it.
