My husband, unfortunately he is deployed at the moment so I have been turning to my WONDERFUL sister (I have 4 of them) they have helped to encourage and uplift me during all the hard times in my life and have celebrated all my happy moments.

1) I get by with a little help from my friends.......
2) Church. I head for the chapel and have it out with the Big Cajuna himself - mano a mano - eye to eye. If a place of worship is not handy then a beach, mountain or even a flower will due.
3) Don't focus of the negative - what you focus on expands. Take the time to inventory the positives in your life and throughout the day give thanks (develop an attitude of gratitude) and the universe will send you more to be grateful for.
4) Read uplifting things everyday. If you need a recommended list let me know and I'll e-mail you a bunch of suggestions.
5) Remember there are people all around that really care and love you. Is there anything else that you really need?

Much Love,

Ren

from someone that inspired you and you look up to them and see how their life has been so great with their achievement and you know they got heart and love to all the people out there and you can get encouragement from people who support you even in the bad times when you need help

I go outside and look for a rock ... any rock ...

I pick it up and I say to myself, "If I were you ... I could be still and do nothing all day and I would be a great rock ...
But I am not a rock ... and instead of sitting still and being silent, I think I'd rather shout and dance.
If I were you ... I could be sculptured into statue or used to construct a building and I would be a great rock ...
But I am not a rock ... and instead of being part of the artwork, I think I'd rather be the artist."

My mother. She has been through so much. So when i feel lazy, i think of her and all she has done for me ,and it makes me get up off my butt and do something.
(Thanks to that kind of encouragement I got a double major by the time i was 20). It works.

In many unique places from many unique and wonderful people Syd. Sometimes, that comes from the written word, sometimes from unique and talented people who touch me in special ways personally.
You can find them just about anywhere you care to look.
Things that make deposits in our lives emotionally, those are things to gather around you and cherish.
