I just graduated from nursing school. Most of my co workers are retiring. I mean, I love my job but just because I'm young. They think i don't know that much. It really frustrates me

earn some money, invest it

then retire too if and when you want

if they are paying you to do something, and they keep paying you after awhile, then you know enough

the Degree is supposed to be proof that you know enough.

Maybe you're also impatient?

It might be good to spend time keeping a journal or even a web log (blog) of your daily experiences, so you can savor them later.

I am fifty, and I still enjoy my work as much as I did at 21, when I graduated from college.

Your attitude is up to you.

Nursing school only teaches you just so much. The hands on care is where you really start to learn. That's probably what they mean.
