I think Harry would be rubbed out by the goblins for busting into Gringott's and stealing their dragon. Ever have a bunch of angry goblins on your trail? Not pleasant.

They'd know who did it. The Malfoys would tell.

With Kingsley Shacklebolt in charge of the new totally reformed Ministry of Magic (think "Extreme Bureaucracy Makeover"), I'd imagine that was an issue that was addressed early on. Either the goblins are placated when they're told it was in the interest of getting rid of Voldemort (and therefore for their benefit, as well), or Kingsley makes sure they're compensated for the loss of the dragon and the damage to the vaults. More likely both.

No, because Harry did them a service by disposing Voldemort, which meant that the oppression by wizards over goblins was eased. They would realize that the incursion was not for gain.

Is this a question? If you're asking why the goblins aren't after Harry..maybe its because he saevd the wizarding world from LV. just my opinion
