Daniel Radcliff will probably be about 21-23 by the last movie, they could pretty easily make him look 36 for the epilogue part of the movie

I'd say that the guy who plays James Potter (Harry's dad) would play Harry, because he looks pretty similar. They'll probably make him look a little bit different with make up or whatever, but I'll bet they'll use him.

I think they are goign to keep all the orginal cast and just age them with make-up for the epilouge. It would be too much of a hassle to try and find people who look like exact older versions of the main cast so why not just stick with the ones already playing? Make-up artists can do wonders haha.

daniel radcliffe is 18 already, he's only supposed to be 15 in the new movie.
i'm sure by the time they get around to the 7th movie the makeup artists can make his 21-ish self look 36

i think the main cast would be old enough to make them look the right age by the time the 7 movie comes out

Yes they should include the epilogue (no guarantee that they will). I think they'll just use the current actors and age them a bit by makeup.
