I suppose I would chose to be the tallest, I am tall already 6'2" so I know there doesn't seem to be down side to tall, people respect tall people. I think they are afraid of being crushed or something! lol
I can do many things because I am tall that others have a hard time doing.
I am just used to tall so I would chose what I am used to, all other choices seem to get picked on by people even shortest. I have watched a show called little people big world, they are great people but do have a harder time in life and do get picked on for being little people. That is hard to put up with. This holds true for people I have seen on television that weigh 800 pounds, I feel very sorry for them, it hurts to see a person that needs that much help. Also for thinnest, I saw Karen Carpenter before she died she thought she was fat, she looked like a skeleton with skin hanging on the bones. She really looked terrible anorexia is a terrible problem.

The Thinnest... But, I always have another choice anyway which is to accept or not to accept the way I look, whether the fattest, thinnest, tallest or shortest,

This ones kinda hard for me to answer, I'm not sure if I'm to chose someone or chose for myself but here goes.
Me I would chose tallest, not that I'm short but I would like to be a couple Inches taller, if anything.
Now if I'm to chose someone of those descriptions I think I would wait until they displayed some kind of personality then chose based off of that rather than fat, thin, short, or tall.
