Yes. You have to drive at an appropriate speed.

If you're driving at 35 when the limit is 40, you're fine. If you're consistently at 25, you would lose points. It is not illegal to drive too slow (except on the freeway), but it will cost you points during the test.

Yes, you need to be aware of minimum speeds on any given road. Speeding can be almost as dangerous as impeding.. Drive the speed limit or five under at the most. Weather permitting of course.. You don't want to drive 75mph on the interstate in the middle of a storm (especially a snow storm)

Yes you can! You are demonstrating how good you can control the car: if you can not live up to average handling of the car: why should they pass you? Also going to slow can cause accidents just as bad as driving to fast can. The slow speed will show you need to learn more. They will fail you if you seem to scared, yet pass every thing else.

it depends on the flow of traffic and the road conditions (weather
a wreck, stuff in the road) but if everything is clear try and stay near the speed limit with out going over

yes you can - if the instructor viewed it as "an unsafe maneuver"
i personally think 35 mph (when speed is 40) is safe...but i am not the tester...sorry.

nice thing is -you can take the test again...make sure you do not get the same tester. :)

good luck :)

Yes you can.

Going too slowly on the roadway or generally just being overly cautious can be just as big a hazard as speedy and reckless.
