If you were Filthy Rich?

Would you be giving your money away to help the world right now? Or hording it? I know if I were rich I would give at least 75% away to help everyone else. (I am talking Bill Gates Rich too, Not just Lawyer Rich.)

yeah of course i'd give it away. but i probably wouldnt be able to give away 75%. ur a very very nice person 4 being able to give up the money and do that. =)

I am not filthy rich but I still manage to give between $250 and $500 a month to my local food bank.
I understand what you are getting at. I think it's very sad that the only reason most rich people even give to charity is for the tax deduction.

if I was that rich I would be giving it away to a lot of poor people I see every day putting food back because they do not have enough money to buy what they need, yes I would help out the poor people in this world for sure, my mom says I would go broke broke helping people, because that is just the way I am

I would give huge amounts to preserve animal habitats. I know people are suffering in many places but humans are not on the verge of extinction as many animal species are. I'm not one of those who believe that humans are the most important thing in the universe. It is simply a fact that we, as a species, depend utterly upon everything else in order to exist at all. If we don't care for what is around us, we ALL die.
