I have seen this many times. They look like 2 balls in a bag (ok, they look like scrotum). They are usually hanging from the underside of a pick-up truck towards the rear end. What is it? I often wonder why would any one hang something like that.

they are called truck balls but i have no idea why anyone would put them on their truck.

Let me give you some advice, because I'm "that guy" (sadly enough). If it was casual it will never lead to anything. Ever. If a girl agrees upon something casual, its golden....for about two weeks or so. Then it gets old; or should I say, she gets old. Here is the catch- if a girl agrees on something casual (which is not that common), then its f***ing awesome! That's what every guy is looking for, right? Well, yes, and no. It's great, until he gets sick of you, or finds the next best thing. Please don't take offense to this, because in the world of sleeping around, the next best thing isn't always better. It's just new. Someone different. Also- work is always an excellent excuse to avoid girls. If he wants to talk, he'll call, but if not, then take the hint. Texting takes 9.4 seconds. If he can't give you that, then he's probably playing some other girl. Maybe you'll catch him on an "off day" and he'll respond if he can't get any from anyone else. Or maybe he is dating someone now and will answer once they break up. Who knows. The question is- are you willing to wait for that day? If you are, then what?

Most of the time they are plastic but they can be tennis balls in a bag they represent that the truck has balls. You can actually buy these from some off roading magazines or other magazines that sell accessories for trucks

They are supposed to mean that your truck has balls. Rednecks put it on the back of their trucks to try and make up for what they lack in their pants.

They are a Redneck accessory for pickup trucks, although you can put them on whatever vehicle you want to. Typically that person will have a "Git-er-done" sticker alongside their favorite NASCAR drivers number tacked on the back windshield.

That simply means that his truck's got BALLS! Meaning that onot only is it fast, but that it literally has balls hanging from it. Kinda funny!
