Fate has chosen that I have no relations....
And I have chosen that, I am most comfortable when alone, therefore I have very few friends.
My feelings are thus: if fate has chosen that you have many relations, consider yourself lucky and blessed. Believe me, even if you don't always get along with your relations, at least you have people to keep you company. At least you don't have to be alone all the time....
And, if you have lots of friends, you don't have to be alone then either. But for those people like me who have a hard time making friends, it is a desperately lonely life.
And that's all I have to say... about that. >.<

I can agree with that statement . You are born and you do not know who you are related to nor do you have a choice. We can choose our friiends by our personal decisions to choose who will be our friend or not but sometimes fate or destiny steps and we direct ourselves to a specific purpose of making a friend or not.

That's like "You can choose your friends but not your family" I don't quite agree with Fate choosing your relations...that is within your control and contradicts this one.

Fate certainly chose my relations, a few of them anyway.
To my very best friend, I love you, but you know it was fate that brought you to me. I firmly believe that I could not have met him on my own. See, I may be "outgoing" in my opinion, but truth is, I am very afraid of men. Only fate could explain how I ended up best friends with a guy so awesome and so loving. I always wondered why he was "Only" my friend, cause I would have love to date him.
His future wife is one lucky gal, lol (you know I'm kidding guys).
Overall I think It's all fate!

SO True!
We choose our friends and who we associate with, that much is true. However fate, (A higher power, etc. Call it as you will) determines what becomes of those friendships. We have little say in the final outcome, I believe anyway, as to what will come out of our friendships.

I agree with you can choose your Friends,
Relations, so far as relatives go, you can marry into a situation that you have new relatives, or be adopted and have different parents other than your biological ones.
And now we have artificial insemination.....but, having said all that...God knows what is best for us...wherever, or however we got here....thank you!
