I believe "The Devil" is simply an excuse some people use to explain their own bad behavior (the devil made me do it)

I don't know about the Devil existing, but I see EVIL everyday on the job.

The devil not only exists, but the very way you asked the question proves it. His greatest trick was to convince us he isn't there at all.
The "devil" is not an excuse for anything. If you allow temptation to steal your resolve it is your own weakness you have to blame. If you believe your life is to be loved in the will of God, as I do, you have to believe that when you fail to do so you have fallen for one of the devil's traps.
Don't blame the devil, just pick yourself up and re-focus. Pay attention to your own life, and love those around you. Live out God's plan and fight against evil every day.

I believe, but I don't believe the devil made me do it phrase, that's just bs. Of course, I still believe my stuffed animals come awake when I go to bed, lol!

I believe that 'the devil' was a beautiful angel of God, who disobeyed him, and was cast away to a firery grave, known today as hell.
