Central California, yes, in all commercial, government, and business buildings.
There is even a referendum attempting to place a ban on smoking outside in public parks!

Yes, Omaha. I'm not against people smoking, but I support the ban to keep it away from kids and make it easier to breath in restaurants. I hate when people cough dramatically or say something along the lines of "you're killing yourself" or "cancer sticks", but agree that it should be a choice that you shouldn't let effect others.

I work for a wellness center, there is a smoking ban on the premises. It makes alot of people mad, who work here. i could care less, as I do not smoke.

Yep - no smoking indoors at restaurants or bars. It's only permitted outside, and most places offer outdoor seating to accommodate their smoking customers.

Yes, I think Ohio is mostly smoke free even in the bars

We have the indoor clean air act here in Utah which means you can only smoke outside and nowhere near entrances to buildings.

You mean a public one? Yes, there has been for years. No smoking in restaurants, bars, government buildings, state parks (outdoors), etc...
